Pokemon QR Codes

One of the most popular features of the Pokemon Sun & Moon is you scan the QR code and complete your Pokedex. Each QR code represent one pokemon in the pokedx.

The QR scanner allows you to use Nintendo 3D camera to scan the QR code. The QR codes for Pokemon, automatically marks the location of the corresponding pokemon in your Pokédex. But can only be used after reaching a certain point in the game and are region-locked.

How to Scan the Pokemon QR Codes:

  • Start the game. 

  • Click on the Menu option.

  • Choose the QR Scanner option, from the second page.

  • After a short time, the camera will be activated.

  • Now open the QR Code of the required Pokemon from our website.

  • Place the camera ​over the QR Code and snap it.

Island Scan features:

The good news is that all the QR codes of the original Pokemon sun sun & moon heads work here.
It is free to scan them using the QR Scanner in-game to find out where each Pokémon is living. The list includes the original Pokemon sun and moon from Bulbasaur  as well as the complete Volcanion. All these codes work well on the sun and the moon. 

Every two hours you can scan 1 QR code, up to 10 scan can be done per day. For scanning each QR code, you will get 10 points and for every 100 points you can use the island scanner once.You can also call the entry and display the QR code of the Pokémon, if you have captured the pokemon and registered in the Pokedex. Thus, another player can be given the opportunity to scan this code.

Note:

The Pokemon corresponding to that QR code will be added to your map and you can easily locate them and catch every pokemon in the Pokedex.
